Jamnagar: As many as 36 Indian fishermen were abducted by Pakistani marine security personnel while they were fishing at high-sea off Jakha port yesterday.
Porbandar fishermen association president Jivanbhai Jungi told UNI here today that the Indian fishermen were abducted by the Pakistani marines while they were fishing in Indian waters.
These 36 fishermen were fishing in seven boats.
Mr Jungi said, the association has intimated the Indian Coast Guards (ICG) about the incident.
Earlier on February four, 12 Pakistani fishermen were caught, alongwith two fishing boats, by the patrolling boat of the ICG.
