The Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Indian Air Force (IAF) officials are said to be working over time to release the Request For Proposal (RFP) of the IAF Multi Role Combat Aircraft (MRCA) Order.
Final touches are being given to the critical 'Offsets' clause, reports the 'Business Standard'.
The RFP is to be released before the March 31st deadline given by Defence Minister A.K. Anthony at the just concluded Aero India 2007 event.
