Indian naval ships on goodwill visit to Thailand

Bangkok: Three ships of the Indian Navy are reaching Thailand tomorrow on a five-day goodwill visit, aimed at strengthening bilateral ties.

Guided missile destroyer INS Rajput, and guided missile corvettes INS Kirpan and INS Kulish will be berthed at Bangkok port from June 16 to 20 and will be open to visits by members of the public on 18 June, according to an Indian Embassy statement.

The flotilla is commanded by Eastern Fleet's Flag Officer Commanding Rear Admiral D K Joshi.
